I recommend a minimum of twelve weekly sessions, carried over a period of three months. The reason for this is that research has found that it takes at least this amount of time for new behaviours and results to occur.
Depending on the category chosen, each session will normally be of thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes’ duration. The client may choose from the following options:
- STANDARD: 2 HOURS per month
- 3 x 45 minute sessions per month or
- 4 x 30 minute sessions per month
- PREMIUM: 3 HOURS per month
- 3 x 60 minute sessions per month or
- 4 x 45 minute sessions per month
After that, the coaching may continue on a month by month basis. The sessions are usually conducted over the phone but can be carried out face to face at a suitable venue if the client prefers.
